Introduction

Technogym is a leading global fitness equipment designer, manufacturer, and service provider from Italy. Technogym has been an official Olympic Games supplier for fitness training services since 2000.

In late 2018, we accompanied the brand into opening B2C sales channels and built awareness as a high-end luxury brand among Chinese consumers.

Research and Strategy

Based on thorough market research, we established a more accurate target audience and hero product for Technogym in the domestic market.

We also developed a yearly sales plan and 3-year provisional plan. We further formulated a marketing strategy to establish and promote the brand.

In Technogym’s Tmall store design, we preserved and integrated the brand’s concepts and values. We focused on Technogym’s advanced technology and Italian design aesthetics, while maintaining its high-end tone for all social media platforms.
